Buying in DHA phase 8,

Hi Everyone. I have some hard earned money and wanted to buy a plot in DHA and need an expert advice. I can put a deposit of upto 20 LAKH Rupees. And Like to pay the rest withint 2 years time. Looking for a plot pricing between 30 Lakh to 40-45 Lakh Rupees.. Is it best to buy a file or should i go for a Plot?
2ndly how long it takes to do the paper work because i wont b staying in Pakistan for more than 10 days...Also would like to know which Phase of DHA would give me higher return say after 5-7 years time...
Honest advice shall be highly appreciated.

well, in my opinion a plot avaliable for possession is always better than the file , so i would suggest that go for a plot not a file, and if you are concidering a file then surely a dha phase 8 file for next 5-7 year is a really good investment, and i am sure you can get a file in phase 8 with in your budget

Better buy a plot in phase 7 block P or z. for buying plot get Help from Mujahid Yasin(of Lahore Real Estate) trust him.

Shahid sahib, before buying in DHA 8 pls visit the site, It is easy to drive through commecial Broadway. I am sure if DHA could develop it, it will be 8th wonder of World. There are so much deep pits like 20 to 30 depth all arround that it looks that DHA will take ages to level them. At least I have not seen such depth in my life.
Go for DHA 7 or 6
