I am just needing opinion from everyone about the Khayabaan e Ameen 10 MARLA and One Kanal houses recently marketed by sahir associates if some one can give honest opinion to go for it, is it safe to invest there?

i shall be obliged if someone can share their sincere feedback

Dear Brothers,
I will advise you be careful, i have a very very bad experience from sahir associates management in three deals, never fullfill what they say, uptill now facing, after getting money the never bother you, even attitude will be very bad.

In Such a high Inflation rate even a trust worthy builder can default, my advise is you go for ready things, In past 30% of such projects people were looted, and rest of 70% at least 50% are extremely dissatisfied. So the chances of getting some good thing in hand are only 30%. You can calculate your odds
