Bahria Sector C - development status,

I would appreciate if someone could briefly describe the present status of Sector C, like which blocks are completely developed and ready for construction, which blocks are geting populated at a faster pace, approximately how many houses have been constructed or under construction, commercial area, jamia mosque, parks etc. How long will this sector take to come to the level of Sector B in terms of poputaion.I have a feeling that development work is at a complete halt and focus has been diverted towards Bahria Orchard, is it true. If so then which sector would be a better choice for someone who wants to construct his house within a year.Tahnks
