I want to ask question from experts (preferably Mr. CMY) if any plots starting from Plot # P 606 to P 636 and P 637 to P 667 in DHA Phase 7 Lahore are coming in litigation / village area or not?

Dear CMY Sahib! Regards Please we need your URGENT attention on this matter. Please advise as soon as possible. I have done a deal for one of these plots and have given Token money. Transfer is under process.Also please comment on the future of these plots if saved from litigation. When can we expect possesion. Can you suggest any other location in Phase 6&7 within same price Range.

Nobody can confirm that
I recently visited the site I Think till date this is not in possession of DHA, Do 2 things
Visit yourself P Block with new map in hand and try to see if Roads are leveled in this area.
2nd try to Contact DHA office. Even if litigation you may get some thing in replacement but future will be uncertain.
If token was small then forget, If deal was very attractive you may take risk, I am sure you should have taken into account before bargain as it is worst possible location very Close to village.

Jameel bhai! Thank you for your reply. Actually I live out of the country. and my family chose one of these plots because of near to Burky Road. The deal was done last week and we paid to the seller 100,000/- as advance money. The total value of the deal is 32,00,000/-+transfer charges. Now after reading some discussions about that and seeing the maps I am in doubt what to do. I had decided to prefer this plot over one in Mustafa town in the same price but 10 Marla. Village end is no problem , But now if location is changed and I get a bad location in replacement that is worrieing me. In my opinion bad location is a plot on a narrow road in the middle of the street away from parks ,Mosque or main approach road. Please give your honest and expert advice. Thanks very much.

M N Mulla sahib It is very likely these plots will be relocated to some where else in DHA 7.

Mr. CMY is it possible if these plots can be relocated in phase 8 or phase 6?

Mr. Babu...even if DHA relocates this plot, it will most probably be in the upper half of P block where they used to have a park and school and now has been plotted..I will not worry too much about the eventual location of your plot especially at the price you are buying it...and on a second note..your decision to go for phase 7 instead of mustafa is a very sensible one..Good luck

And nothing in P block is in litigation...There are some pockets which are not yet acquired by DHA as they can't agree terms with owners...but there is definately no litigation..I am quite sure DHA will eventually get that land.

Thanks Brothers and CMY sahib for your sincere comments. I think I should consider it as a lottary ticket and should go on to complete the deal. As I dont need the plot in the near future, so i will keep it and wait for what the DHA will yield at the end. If the final product is good I will construct yhe house, or if the end result is not according to my expectations then market is there to dispose of that. As customers can always be found for anything in the market.
