Someone was talking that its only G-16/4 where developing is taking place and not in all sub sectors. Anyway anyone who knows about its rates may please share it with viewers. |

G-16/4 will be handed over first as its almost complete, I know because I hold on plot in that sector and as far as i know the price of kanal plot is ranging between 22 lacs and above depending on location.
