Please if someone guide me about Eaden Avenue or Eaden Avenue Extension. I have budget of 30 K and looking for some thing like 3.5 to 4.5 Marla house.

Eden Avenue & Extension both are on ground projects.

Javed is right, "No File & No Promises" & DHA is the best example at the moment.

Dear PK - 30 K stands for 30,000. I am sure with this meager amount you cannot buy even 1 marla house any where in Pakistan. I guess you are talking of 3,000,000.
