i am, looking for a house max budget is around 41-42 lacs. Preferred area is around 7 - 8 Marlas.

A nicely built 6 marla double storey house is available in Bahria Sector C (Gardenia 1).Its a corner house and facing park but might cost you around 44.

If u r interested to live in LAFLAH TOW near badian rd---very close to DHA----AIR PORT then you can get 5-marla double story house in 41-lacs

Best is to buy in phase 1 or 3 of DHA ,LAhore 10 marlas old house and then update it. construction cost of new house has gone up from 30 to 40% in the last 6 months , it is better to buy a old house .but dont buy in a private society like johar town ,Allama iqbal etc. very poor roads and services.
