I have some money in the bank and plan to invest in real estate. I want to buy two plots in Lahore preferably DHA.
One for long term investment(5~10yrs) size may be 10 marla or 1 kanal but it should be cheap so that I may avail some profit in long run. So I expect you to suggest some DHA phase or any other good society.
Since I am living with my parents, I plan to build my own home sometime in a couple of years inshAllah. Therefore, I need to buy a plot (around 1 kanal) at a very good location (corner, boulevard).
Please advise. Thanks in advance.

For how much can I get a plot in DHA phase-6 at a good location and which block is preferable? What is the percentage of population in ph-6 and any info about the facilities available. If I have to wait for a year or two before I start building my house, will ph-7 be an option?
People have been talking about phase-5 files? how are their prospects? |

I believe block A to F are possession sectors of ParkView. Will this merger stuff affect these blocks too.
Secondly, which is the best block in DHA phase-6 or phase-7 (location, access, development and future). |
