one of my freind he is offering me to purchase naval anchorage plot 350 yrd at 16,50,000/RS. the same plot naval anchorage are giving at 17,00,000/RS
Is it worth investing in it? the future prices will go up in next 2 years time?

I visited this place last week and the plots that they are now selling to general public are very far away, from highway, it will take you about 15 minutes, and 95% of all this society is still empty and just some people living there.
Not to mention the poor quqlity of roads, hardly 2 cars pass together in street.
And almost no commercial activity.
It is not worth at all and i dont think any profit you can get in comming +10 years.
I think it is better to go other side, or Bahria phase 8. |

It takes only 5 minutes(4 KM) to reach from express way, more than 160 all size houses constructed out of which 90% are occupied by owners and tenants, construction of many houses underway. Streets are 50 ft wide, main double roads 100 ft and carpeting of these roads is in progress. Work on parks is in progress, construction of Jamia Mosque inaugurated by Naval Chief in November2010.
