dear friends,
I need advise from all of u,as i have 12lac in form of gold bars and 10 lacs in foreign currency,i am thinking of investing in rwp/islamabad in realestate ,purely investment purpose for a period of 4 to 5 yrs.please advise good investment .thanks.

That is Good idea as Gold is at Max and Property is cheapest, If invested wisely In 10 ys Time Inshallah you will be able to buy 3 time Gold by selling the same Property.

I Dont known much about Pindi But Go for DHA Ex Commoner only some on ground Clear Thing or Bahria phase 8.

Dear, Gold is to be considered the most valuable and safe investment all over the globe. please hold the gold at least by the end of March 2011, because its gonna touch 1600 US $ mark. you may convert your foreign currency in Pak Rupees and invest in rice as this is likely to gain three times in next 18 months. Moreover do consult more business minds and then take appropriate decision. The property may loose value suddenly as the Internal Security environment can suddenly change.
