If you go from Thokar Niaz Baig to Shoukat Khanum Hospital. This Comes to your Right and J Block of Johar Town on Your left, After reaching Shoukat Khanum Chowk if You go straight WAPDA Round about comes.
It well developed and well populated area, You can Consider it upper Middle class dwelling, But Not a posh area. |

Few months back, I bought one 10 Marla plot (Corner) in Judicial Colony in 24.5 Lakhs. This colony is right on Thokar Niaz Beg and facing Lahore Expo Centre, having The Punjab School just on walking distance (on soceity corner).
How come PCSIR is so expensive? Can not understand. |

Dear Mr. Riaz & Abid Sb. both of u is in right preception. Mr. Zahild is out of country and do not real pictures the price metion for 9 marla is not pervailing at 33 lacs. The price is around 24 lcas to 28 lacs only as my house is located in nearby area.
I personally advise to Zahid Munir to consult any good dealer for reasonable price to sell easly. |
