Reason behind this pathetic future of DHA Valley is because of DHAI partner Malik Riaz of Bahria Town in this project.He lured DHAI in the same way as he has done in Bahria town Ph 9 Pindi, Awami Villas at Pindi and Lahore and with Overseas where he has pocketed millions of the allotter but not delivering as per his commitment.Here in DHA valley Islamabad also, he has pocketed the major booty out of allotter's money but will not deliver in long years to come.Since the project caries the name of DHAI,hence DHAI credibility is very badly effected. |
