With only 3 weeks to go before the Parkview file balloting, how come there is no serious price movement on LRE?
CMY your thoughts please......
It is to be noted that other local dealers are offering better price atleast by 100,000 to 150,000 for 10 marla and 1 kanal files.

I don't have any reliable source but there is a buzz in the market about the balloting happeming on the 27th of December even CMY did not deny it but he did not confirm it either and restrained himself by saying I would rather not get into the date issue.
As to the price raising technique, please use some common sense, you really think that only asking questions like the one I have asked would raise the price? |

In my humble opinion 27th December is not far. If DHA is really going to ballot then the prices will automatically go up whether LRE likes that or not. So people are waiting patiently with fingers crossed. |
