hi everyone

i want to construct a single story house on 30*60 in G 15 how much it will cost me ?

any estimate?

Average cost; Rs 1500 per sqaurefoot . Top of line Rs 3000 to 3500 persqaurefoot. Try to get Material like steel, marble or other from lahore as Islamabad is expensive and lot of 2 nos material. also try to get Labor form Lahore.

Dear Asraf,

What is your definition of 'Top of line'? Can you be more specific on that? What's an approximate construction rate for a house that includes:

- High end house structure build for a 8-9 mag earth quake?
- Ceramic tiles for kitchen and bath and Marble floor for the rest of the house
- American (Interwood)style kitchen
- UPVC windows and door for exterior
- Malaysian door for interior
- American style baths with wood vanities and high-end custom made glass enclosed showers
- High-end kitchen appliances
- High-end lighting fixtures

Please try not save money on poor labour.
People do expoit poor people.
I have seen people are hiring home servants just for Rs.500/month
to clean home/dishes.
