Hello, would someone please elaborate on bt ph8 rawalpindi. i am looking to eventually build a home. would it be good thing to buy a plot there, and its future.
your sugestion is highly appreciated

If you are fond of wild life, then you will be happy to live with jackals and foxes in that area. Place is indeed excellent for such things. |

Khan : Some sector which are near Safari Valley and safari home, are good to live right now as alot of people living there. On other secotor there is still alot of work been done. But there is no jungle as the above person said. Good quality carpeted roads are there. A 3 track double road highway brings you to Phase 8. But it is still far from Main GT road take about 10-15 minutes to reach the phase 8.
If you are thinking of long term investment +5 years then it will be one the best place of Rwp/ISB. |

thanx perdesi for ur valueable comments, the reason i asked this, i saw on the news that some kind of race event took place in that bt phase in which some ppl got killed, so i was wondering if that place is for living or for crazy racing events.
