I HAVE MORE THAN ONE PAPER BAHRIA AWAMI VILLA.I AM READY TO GIVE MALIK RIAZ ANF FAMILY FOR THERE LAST DAY ON THIS WORLD.THEY TOOK OVER HARD EARN MONEY DEPOSITED IN BANKS AND SPENDING LIKE A KING.THEY ARE SHOWING TO PAKISTANI THAT THEY ARE HELPING POORS .THEY DO NOT KNOW THEY ARE DRINKING POOREST CUSTOMER BLOOD IN THERE BREALFAST LUNCH AND DINNER.THEY ARE CRUEL.

If Malik Riaz is serious in delivering the Awami Villas to his members, I think its high time for him to fulfills his promises with them. In view of the unpleasant remarks against a rich and big Realestate Tycoon like him, its not difficult at all for him to build and hand over the left over villas in coming six months time at Rawalpindi and in one year at Lahore.But if his intentions are not good and wants to play a foul game ,then it is very unfortunate for Malik Riaz by losing his credibility at this Great Forum.

I earnestly hope that some Brother in Pakistan will convey to Malik sb,the genuine grievances of his Honorable members of Bahria Town.

I do agree with Amjad and further add that Malik Riaz is a big Land Mafia in Pakistan. He has no sympathy with the poor people thatswhy he had collected billion of rupees on account of bloody shit of Awami Villas but even after laps of five years he didn't handover to all the members who deposited 100% amount. If any member delay in payment even for a day, Bahria Town charge penalty, whereas they delayed this project for years without any compensation. I personaly know such people who had invested thier entire property in Awami villas with the hope that they would get 5 marla house, but ...... Shame on you Mr. Riaz and Allah will ask you one day which is not so far.

Dear friends ... Do you think your catharsis here will change your situation? Why you people are living in fools' paradise? Why don't you guys take a practical step? Why don't you go to court or write to Chief Justice of Pakistan. You just spend your time on websites but are not ready to do some actual thing which in fact may turn to your favor.

God helps those who help themselves.

Hence all those are affected by either DHA or Bahria, get themselves united or even individually, go to courts, file their petitions. One after another...strengthen your cases.. provide the evidences... their promises to deliver in time... and also write to media.

If you don't have courage to do that all .. then stop crying like children ... better take valum5 tablets and have nice long sleep...

Dearfriend,I am very dad to hear the story of awami villa customer.In this case bahria town is very unfair.they claim that they want to help poor but this case is opposit.they are keeping poors money and not able to deliver.they have double face and they are plaing double game.shame for malik riaz ,shame for his son and family,adviser and managment.they are eating haram.they are cruel.
