I spent about 6 to 7 Hours physically surveying the area and made a topographic Map, I was about to buy a plot in U Block that proved to be level area but measuring the depths of other Blocks, I estimated that DHA 8 cant be developed, You cant level Kilo meters of area and neither people can make 2 to 3 Level basements. I was getting that plot at very attractive rate but dropped the idea, and decided that I shall not regret rather enjoy to see if against my estimates DHA Could Develop that land, but I shall not throw my money into a pit. I know such a pit is in paragon and till date nothing could be don.
Similarly in phase 5 L Block DHA did not level the plots but depth was only 6,7 feet. 10,12 feet Pits are found in johar Town as well in spite to laying on 200 Feet road there is no population yet even after many years.
If DHA can convert all phase 8 into a nice living community, I am sure in same amount of Civil work and Labor a middle size dam can be made.
Pls note about 1/2 on land is either level or slightly deep, serious problem is about in 1/3 of land. |
