AOA,
I Want some sincere advice about a property which is in Karachi. A 300 sqyd house close to Khalid bin Walled/in PECHS. Its an old house. I want to buy a house in Canada to save money on rent. The property delears over there are not giving right price as every one give diffrent price.Some friends suggest me to rebuild it with 3 portions and then sell it. Can some body assist me in this.

Do not sell your Karachi PECHS house. That place is super place. The best option will be to rebuild with three portions and give two upper ones on rent and keep the ground floor for your own use. |

If you can spare time and efforts to rebuild the house that should be the choice. Do not let it or leave it in Karachi.
If you want to live in Canada then for you may have different priorities.
I am also planning to do the same as suggested by Mr wajahat
