Its not only bricks and cement, you will need hundreds of items to build a house. When u start, u will come to know every thing step by step. If u want to learn swimming, without going into water, that is not possible.

Cost of construction; todays rate;
Average ; R1500 to Rs 1800 per squarefeet.
Top of line; Rs 3000 to Rs3500 per squarefeet.
very expensive as Labor cost has gone up very high.
