Khan Sahib...whoever gave you the advice to go for phase 7 instead of 5-extension is your well-wisher...if you have the budget, phase 7 on-ground plots are much better choice than the non-existant and vaguely defined phase 5-extension. 1. Best block in phase 7 is the upper half of R block for the simple reason that it is nestled in phase 6 on two sides. Fully developed as well. It will also be the most expensive. Among the developed and semi-developed blocks, you can go for upper half of P, middle portion of S and any part of T and U. Avoid Q block. As for the non-developed blocks, I like W block. Development work is going on full swing there and W is clear from any encroachment and is very neatly located away from any unpleasant feature. 2. R, S, T and U are fully developed. Most of Q is developed too. P is half developed and have some land left to be acquired. W and X are the area of V free from encroachment are under very speedy development. Upper Half of Z along the left side of W is also under rapid development. No development whatsoever is going on in Y and part of Z near dera chahal. 3. Do not go for 5-extension. Go for an on ground plot in any phase instead. You will feel much more secure and also can take your family and kids and show them the plot. Life is too short and times are too risky to wait for ballotings, especially when you have no idea of the exact location of even the phase, forget about your plot. |
