I have a plot in DHA Islamabad Sectore B Phase 2 Street No. 13-A Plot No.1 - What would be the possible selling price or current rates.The peoples dealing in DHAI are kindly requested to let me know the latest selling rates.

In March 2010 I was offered one plot measuring one kanal in DHA-1 on the Main Boulevard for Rs. 50 lacs. I didn't take it; I rather preferred a smaller plot in a developing CDA sector. |

@ abc123, other than E7, F6 to F11, most of islamabad developed areas is live living in allama iqbal town or samanabad in lahore, those are no match to DHA Islamabad and cannot be compared :) |

recently my friend went to Pakistan to sell his plot in same vicinity. he is asking 65 lacs for his plot, recently sold was around 63 lacs. it all depends I would say its 55+ lacs.
@real estate observer. if you have 1 kanal for 35 lacs in that area, please let me know your contact information. I am ready buyer. |
