Future of Central Park,

Dear CMY and other experts,
Please let us know about future of central park
1. When they have planned to develop the full society
2. I hold 1 kanal plot there in Block A, is it worth while to hold the plot
3. Is this society is going to merge with DHA and are there some extra charges for plot holders in case of merger
4. How populated this society is now a days (as i live in UAE so cannot visit it personaly)
5. Any other comments which will determin the goods and bads of society.

AButt Jee about Central would you Pls tell why Urban Developers are Not charging CVT and stamp duty on transfer, Is it because it is out of Lahore Municipal range or something else. f You are holding Plot here what type of Doc they give You at the end of Transfer?

Dear Jameel sab and Ir sab,
I just called central park official (Deputy General Manager) and asked for same CVT question, I believe even he was clear enough to answer it or i could not understand it properly, he told me that CVT will be applied when I'll get registry but so far my plot is coming under the management of central park which is a company thats why no need to pay CVT on plot purchasings, secondly he told me central park is not coming under lahore municipality but it under the management of LDA.
for your comments specially I request CMY and other experts to comment on it.

This is not satisfactory thing, it means it is just MOU [Memorandum of understanding] between you and Urban developer. Till and CVT and stamp may be applicable in later stage when you ill get actual transfer letter. Till date we did not hear any disputes in Central Park, but what will happen in coming 5,10,20 ys nobody knows. I think you should get registry.
i am confused other developers like Bahria town are also Companies but they are charging CVT and Stamp duty on transfers.

Thanks for to the point answers, your analysis seems very valid, I called central park management for merger with DHA but their answer was very straightforward "NO CHANCE", and i like their boldness. Actualy I am not keen for its merger with dha, if so i should take plot in dha not in central park, only plus point of dha is fraudless sale/purchase and post sale mahintenance of society, if any other society will do the same then its equally acceptable.

Dear all lovers of Central park,

Please Don,t through Love letters on central park management.
They are stupid too.
I bought plot in B-Block and they changed the location without sending intimating.For the last three years no possition.Actually they did not acquire land and book the plots and took all money.Now they have no solution .
Please do carefull buying in central park.
They are not so respectfull,therefore " Tahreef ke dongray mat barsao"

you are absolutely right they are not giving plots possession on time even passing 7 years.. very lazy Urban developers...
