which should be preffered to buy.??

Dear Visitor I am sure you have not physically seen both of these. For 10 Merla Valancia is about 26 to 30 and DHA Rahber 16 to 19.
Although both are close but one is fully developed with all facilities and people are living there for 10 years I mean Valancia. On the other hand DHA Rahbaer has yet to develop hopefully in few years time may be handed over and then we will see how are the facilities and what is quality of infrastructure. Only then comparison will be possible.
Unfortunately for last 1.5 years the progress of work in DHA Rahber has been very very slow. At this time practically work is stopped. |
