Hold on a second! I feel that the matter has lead the people to a confusing state regarding PV files.
In my humble opinion We should realize certain aspects of Property Business.Mr. Allah Rakha might be correct in saying that CMY projected the PV scheme as very lucrative in the beginning but it happens normally at the start of all good schemes. None can deny the fact that ParkView Scheme is the best in its original layout and location. It was quite normal that people will rush to it.Even at the time of merger with DHA it was considered that DHA will behave honestly and will develop this scheme as per their own standards and within due time. But it could not happen in reality due to dishonesty of DHA. I beg your pardon for my words if a DHA lover gets hurt but this is the very bitter reality we live with. The cheating was on part of DHA. When CMY, being a property dealer and analyst as well, sensed the matters he issued the alerts to be careful for dealing in ParkView files. But in any circumstance CMY did not forcefully compelled anyone to buy or sell a PV file. We should be honest with ourselves that whatever a dealer projects to us, the ultimate responsibility lies on our shoulders as if we have money, we ought to have brain as well.
Now we come to the point that what is the solution as we are on a discussion forum. It is very clear, whether someone accept or not, that ParkView file holders should get their due right i.e. plots in the original scheme area regardless of what DHA stands for. But the fact is DHA is not doing it. Hence, the only solution is that those who are the victims, should join together and file a new petition or appeal to be part of already file petition by Mrs. Humaira Najmi. The case is there in the court of Mr. Justice Sh. Azmat Saeed. You people can use your personal contacts to request to Mr. Justice for early hearings and a fair decision. I stress here that Justice should prevail fairly and honestly. The issue may be brought to the media lights.
Discussing the miseries on websites will not solve any problem. |
