What is approx. price for 10 Marala (10 - 15 years old) house in Allama Iqbal Town, Joher Town, Township or other papulated area?

Such a house can be available in about 65 Lac Average, I am talking about well built double story house which still is higher than road level. In Township and not well maintained Blocks of Allama Iqbal one can find even at 60 Lac. I would recommend not to goto township it is very congested.
Why don't you increase your Budget to about 70 Lac and find in Faisal town or model Town ext, These are best maintained in spite of being old and have best approach and papers are relatively clear as compared to johar town.
If you go for 15 ys old house then never buy Thekedar Built house as most of these have completed their life, Pay special attention to seepage of baths on 1st Floor. A major problem which have no remedy. And where you find texture paint suspect that they are trying to hide damp etc. |

It is not easy to buy an old house. Mostly people are cheated and after purchasing an old house there are lot of problems know later but one cannot do anything at that time. So it is better to see all these things before buying. |
