I think that currrently all housing projects all over Pakistan are in minus so DHA valley is no exception. i believe its is not like "apney galey si nikal key dosrey ko kio phasa rahey ho".
This is an investment opportuniity and every boday has his/her own calculation of risk taking.
DHA valley might take long to give capital gain, but so was Islamabad (property values multiplied since 80s and 90s).
I advise investors of DHA valley to be patient. InshAllah they will reap benefit. |
