Despite issues with CDA reported in the media it appears that Centaurus is moving ahead and is right on schedule. That is very reassuring for Islamabad residents.

Any thoughts from readers on how Centaurus might effect the property market of adjacent high value sectors like F-7 or F-8 in the coming years. On one hand the residential and office facilities of Centaurus seem to be competing with F-7 and F-8. On the other hand a world class shopping mall and hotel should be very beneficial for the area.

just compare it with the surroundings in Islamabad, it is not unusual. Rental demand in F6,F7 and E7 sectors is ONLY in US$!
