Jameel bhai post of Junaid was deleted because we dont have time to answer to people that have nothing good to say and accuse others for their own mistakes and have too much free time on their hands to make false accusations against us or some one else or some thing to do in their free time.

All the needed important useful info about Park view from that thread is still there and only small part accusing Lahore Real Estate of not favoring current holders or not helping sellers was deleted.


I st I was accused by Allah Rakha sahib that I promoted DHA Parkview files.
Then in same post I was accused by Junaid for not promoting these parkview files and have bad intentions about current holders. I cant stay up all night to answer all these imaginary stories.


People who hold these files should ask DHA Lahore why they not doing a ballot. These people never bother to make a single phone call to DHA and ask the current status of these files. Dealers job is only to facilitate a deal between the buyers and sellers. What is wrong with it.



Lahore Real Estate was and is only buying selling files for our respected buyer and seller clients. We love and respect all the current holders and have nothing against these files. How could it help our business to post any thing against the Park view. If DHA failed to include these files its not in my control. I too prayed and wished they were included in the ballot. I still think Park view one kanal at current price of 19 to 22 is a good buy no matter when and where DHA allot you a plot of ONE KANAL against this file. Now if I say this word is that favoring sellers or buyers ? I dont understand people are un happy about getting a true picture of a property at the time of posts.
