It is tough to fish a purchase like this. i would tell you to Contact some good delaer. A Good dealer can help you to get a seller whose mind has already reached the realistic level. Like this you can save many Lacs by just paying 50K to dealer.
But Before that you should have your own survey that what are prices in General.
In direct deals I always found unrealistic demands. |
