Questions about DHAI Phase 2,

I shall be grateful if you very kindly give your input on the following relating to DHAI Phase 2.

1 Can we buy a plot in two names?

2 Are we allowed to make 2 independent houses ( duplex) on a kanal plot?

3 What is minimum covered area that should be constructed on a kanal plot? Can I make a small house around 3000 sq feet.
