Please let me know the approx. price of the following plots of DHA Phase, excluding Development Charges of Rs1.0Million.

X 283 of DHA 7 is worth Rs 46 to 48 lacs with development charges and without development charges its worth 36 to 38 lacs.
Y 101 is a corner 10 marla and worth 37.50 lacs + 2.50 lacs profit all dues clear. Its installment plot so only get paid only paid amount plus 2.5 lacs excluding any left over fines dues etc.

isnt it funny that one canal and 10 marla have almost the smae value, I know small plots are supposed to be expensive due to high demand.
why people dont use their brain and buy one canal in almost the same price range and can have a huge lawn. You can construct less on one canal as well. |

I think You meant Phase 8, In Phase 7 the same plot number is worth about 28,29 Am I right? |

CMY, would you share opinion Regarding Ring Road portion in Phase 8, This is shown on the area where there is heavy population/ Villages How is it possible to make road displacing Thousands of affected persons.
I am still waiting for your response about Phase 7 Q Block Plots which are removed in New Map where these are located? |
