Can someone tell where the General's Colony is Located in Lahore cant.
Someone was telling they were paying 175000 Rent for a villa. {May be 2 Kanal] I never heard of this Colony

i'm interested in renting a sd house(grid type)in Cantt area. they were built about 7 years ago not exactly sure about the road name.

Rent is from 1 lac to 2 lacs. easily available .location on sarwar road infront of Rahats bakery

can you please confirm askari 9 is more near Sadar area and askari 10 near the airport?

rates are of whole house, Askari 10 near airport is in more demand compared to Askari9 near saddar.rent rates are alsmost same or close. if you are interested in renting or giving on rent best advice to give or see an add in jhang newspapers Sunday edition.

simply put add in newspapers, dealers also do the same thing. if you are renting the house make sure to have a strong lease and a reliable tenant,Never give a house to the follwoing occupant persons.
1) MPA or MNA or Nazim 2) Lawyer 3)Police officer 4) Widow 5) Retd Govt Servant in his 60s.
No offense or to hurt anybody.
Never keep a tenant for more then 3 years.Always have a sign lease

thanks for the info. it appears askari 9 is a better option because people are complaining about askari 10 construction.
