It's not a site of making ridicule or fun of somebody, if you feel demand is much then you don't need to buy or seek a cheaper one that suits your pocket...simple

If you dont want to buy, no one is compelling you. There is no need to pass sarcastic remarks. It is for the intending buyers to assess the property, its location and their budgets.
