you are right.construction is very very basic.no finishing done.construction is like a normal house construction in a small town.
i just canceled buying one house there because of poor construction |

yes qualaity of construction is very poor ....walls are damp.. pipes leak ...really bad quality houses.....its shame that it was build under army supervene |

The Army welfare housing projects provide houses to service personnel at bare minimum prices possible. hence, high quality construction work may not be expected at the price these houses are given to Faujis. |

Sir leaking pipes and bath rooms are very difficult repairs .....We do not expect them to make palaces but what is owner suppose to do when he finds out the pipe inside floor or wall is leaking in a house which is barely 5 years old????? Sir it would be better Army well fare provide soldiers with Tents at least the will be reliable and easy to maintain and repair......In Askari 10 almost all houses are undergoing some kind of repair and these houses are not even 10 years old |
