Buy only ground things from them, So far they made some houses and made main Blv . they are not very reliable developers.
They have no map approval or NOC from LDA
These are main steps as First few Conditions to approve a map by LDA means that developer gives proof that legally he owns the land. Ideally only after this process map should come in Market.

Sajid Saheb,

Keep your money with you, don't invest anywhere in Pakistan. Only once you decide to back you can buy that time anything you want, because there is no increase in land price in coming 10 years. I might be wrong but its due to current country situation which is getting down day by day. May Allah save us and our beloved country.

90% of Lahore is Built without NOC of LDA there is no law as per our constitution to prevent that. LDA NOC is letter of excellence that certain requirement are fulfilled.
But it is duty of LDA to keep informing the people that it is not LDA approved society yet.
There is no Code of Ethics for the advertisement in the media. Cable channels and news papers are full of bogus products, treatments, najoomis quacks etc. It is our responsibility to find what is right and wrong.
Recently I heard that Khiabane Ameen acquired land from the old project, Baghe Iram which was already a society without good infrastructure. I dont know honestly how that is possible. But if they are really sincere then they should first get NOC from LDA.
