Dear friend recently i went to bahria office to get possession of overseas block plot.ist of all they asked me to deposit possesion cherges and development charges.after that they asked me to deposit 180000RS for connection charges than you can get possession letter.I refuse to pay so thay did not give me possession letter.In my understanding this connection charges are new.plan by bahria is that if i sell my plot to some body they will ask him to pay again connection charges.in this way one of the customer will lose 180000rs.sham on bahria they are trying to collect money from customer by all means.shame on bahria,malik riaz and managment.

They can ask the connection charges only when you submit map for construction |
