It will be all well soon. For what purpose, he has gathered so much wealth and developed relations with high-ups?

khan replied on Friday, December 17, 2010 06:30 AM

Thats bad, i just bought a plot in phase 8 yesterday, O Allah help me n everyone

HHH replied on Friday, December 17, 2010 07:56 AM

Well i have been critic of bahria town but this incidence is being hyped for no reason it was just an accident and they want to arrest man for murder????Thats not right it was organized racing and you cannot expect safety levels to be as high as European standards ..........Our judiciary is loosing its path.....just running after media news ...if this continues no one will organise drag racing and people will use streets for illegal races and hence more damage ....pity why our ruler/judges are so short sighted

Shahzad replied on Friday, December 17, 2010 12:23 PM

Dear HHH, You would not be saying this if God forbid someone kills your loved ones. In our country rich and privileged ones are not prosecuted for rapes and murders. So this is good news if our judges are looking into this incident.

This incident was just an accident and it has no concern with real estate business. Please don't give unnecessary comments.CMY is requested to remove all these posts.

Wanted Bahria Town CEO replied on Friday, December 17, 2010 03:45 PM

Ali Raiz Malik is CEO of Bahria Town. He is accused of murder and ran away from Pakistan to avoid arrest and now he is a fugitive that dont want to face Justice.

If leader of Bahria runs away than this is legitimate to ask

What is the future of BT?

Food for thouht replied on Saturday, December 18, 2010 04:34 AM

Why not take this matter to Supreme Court and decide once for all. This BT issue has been on and off for many years. I don't any plot there, but I am sure thousands have bought and own plots/houses. If anything happend to these Maliks this society shouldn't go away. Unless all land of BT own by Banks, otherwise the papers they issue should be ligitmate.

Someone in the past had said samething about DHA too and they raise point that DHA don't issue a registry either, instead they issue their own documents.

Another hand people who do own a ligitmate plot in civilian area and have registry in their names, plot is taken over by land mafia and many case nothing can be done.

Thise are all valid and ligitmate issues, but this is the way we live in Pakistan. This is our system either we like or not we have to live with it.

Dear All,
Nothing will happen with people have possession of plots and houses in BT even they don't have registry and no one can occupy their property.
Whereas this incident is concerned, hundred or thousands of people are effecties of BT and cursing Malik Riaz each day several times. Allah is watching all and one will be caught in this world or Akira, Makik Riaz downtrun has started now. Ask the poor people who have all their hard earned money/ their life saving in Malik Riaz accounts.
