can u tell me abt development process and future of Bank Alfalah Housing Society.

as far as i know, no development or news for a long time now. People i know who bought are now trying to sell and if you are lucky, you can pick one up at a discount.

Now Bank Alfalah has decided to bring the commercial map and balloting would be in june 2011.Newsletter has been recieved to all the plot owners.
Society was menat to be only for Warid,Wateen and Bank Alfalah employees but they have allowed to transfer and sell to open public as well.
Its on main bedian road ,almost 8 Km,s to phase 5 bedian exit.

Total land is 1000 acres including 120 acre Golf Course.
