Hi ,
can someone tell me when are the golf raya houses are handed over to the owners?? will it affect the prices of nearby blocks like K block??
Expert opinions are needed.

Defenceraya management is promising to hand over possession in couple of months since last 12 months.
Yes hand over of 100s of expensive houses inside defenceraya in DHA 6 will have great positive impact on all plots in DHA 6 especially plot holders in F K and M may see 3 to 4 lacs immediate gain. |

If everybody is stupid enough to rush and buy plots in adjoining blocks in the hope of a price increase then it may lead to price increase and benefit the agents through earned commission but these buyers will get their fingers burned and may be a good time for sellers to sell, but otherwise everyone knows that location of Defence Raya and its adjoining blocks so there is nothing new that will lead to a price increase. |
