I am looking for the services of an Engineer/Architect Registered with DHAI who can provide services to construct 1 kanal house in DHAI Phase 2 and can cater for services but not limited to:
1. Design of House
2. Approval from DHAI and authorities on design
3. Excavation and actual construction
4. Get approvals at different stage of excavation/construction from DHAI Inspector(s)
5. Timely completion of various stages as per agreed contract
6. Have track record of similar experience in same area with proof
