What is future of this place and is it good place to buy 10 marla house.

I noticed this society is not good in regards to its entrance and quality of development work. very bad planning. see before to get any house there. |

Not a good soviety to make a house or for invesment. Poor quality of development work. It have seen most gains and may not rise much from here. There is one positive its close to ring road interchange of DHA 5 Sui Gas HS.

XX block has already gain what it has to gain as it is an old phase. For investment purpose it would not give you much. For living, if you do not mind living behind packages ltd. then no issues. It is still DHA |
