This scheme is a hidden gold, but due to some circumstances i intends to sell my one 10-Marla plot in this scheme. Thiis schele is a best opertunity to invest safely, there is no fear of double or triple filing, grabing or any other cheat, this is a Government scheme offer to employees, they are genuine. only plots can purchase from employees. Anyone cannot directly book plot.

I believe you are asking really high price for HIDDEN GOLD.last year i had a 30X60 plot available for only only 750000.

After full payment of cost of land and development charges, the prices have shot up. I think Syed's demand is a bit higher yet reasonable.

After 02 year 10 marla plot in Gulberg phase-III Islamabad will be about 40 to 50 lack, development work is going on very fast and high standard, Gas lines has approved, N.O.C of CDA has been given, balloting have done in Nov,2010,Gulberg Expressway 120 feet wide road from Airport chowk to Gulberg III has been annugrated and work has started. It is only about 08 K.M from Airport.(All work will be targeted to complete till December 2012.It is a good oppurtunity for overseas pakistanis to buy in this scheme because the important thing that if you go abroad even 20 to 30 years and don!t see your plot, you have no need to worry about grabing because it is a very powerful Government department scheme, and management is very honest high ranking Government officers.

CORRECTION: Lay out plan of Gulberg Islamabad had been approved by CDA, Final N.O.C have not given to the society. but it is a Government department society they will get soon.
