Which phase of DHA is good for living, if 5 then which block, what is approx. price for 10 marla plot?

DHA phase 8 best block for one kanal plots is F and price range here is 100 to 125 lacs.
For location and living point of view I thinkk 10 marla best block is K and price here is 47 to 52 lacs but please note plots here are very deep.
