I am looking to buy a 1K plot in DHA Lahore. Can someone let me know which Phase is better to buy. My budget is between 3.5M-4M and I am planning to build the house in 3 yrs time.

I think right now phase 5 and phase 6 are the best phases to build home, but in your budget you can buy a plot in Phase 7. But make sure to buy cloase to phase 6 and in and in possesion area. |

You can not buy 1k plot in this budget in phase 5 or 6 so phase 7 is the only choice but you can find a better location plot in this budget in phase 7. All the best |

in 4 million you can try a possession plot in N Block close to village. it will have better approach, if you are clever enough to avoid the future way "rasta" of village then it will be best option in this price. |

2- Why only in possession area? Arnt DHA gona get the possession in 2-3 yr times anyways of the current announced phases? |
