Salam,
I looked all over the town and i cant find any place with better prices than AWT and Chinar bagh. AWT is a bit expensive and chinar bagh is a bit further down than AWT i-e cheap.
So what do you guys recommend for constructing a house straight away and moving in. ?
I need to consider security wise as well. I am very confused as this real estate market is driving me crazy.
Or the other choice i have is of Khayaban e amin 5 marla double story house or 28Lac and i will get possession in 1.5 years. But i dont the reputaton of sahir associates and the future prospects of khayaban e amin. Please advise me on it as well. Is it worth risking 28 lac for 5 marla ( thekedar built ) house.
What do you think is the time frame for developement of AWT or chinar bagh residential wise.

AWT is one of top ten good societies which is good for investment for immediate residence it is not good may take many years to get populated my estimate is 5 years. infrastructure cant be tested unless there is good population. Chinar Bagh is far low in management. |

Did you had a look at Canal societies?
You can easily get a 10 marla plot in that area around 15 lacs and you can build a home straight away.There is good population on that side. Its much better than getting a 5 marla house at Khayaban e amin at 28 Lacs. you can spend 13 lacs and make a basic single story house easily.bahria town is best but if its too far consider the societies around Izmir and EME like park view villas, nespak and others in close proximity |
