Obeservation replied on Monday, December 20, 2010 10:21 AM  Illogical remarks!!! How can some one pass through any ones' private property? Roads in private societies are not developed by DHA! In foreign countries people respect private property rights even when those are not fenced. It is illegal to even park a car in other's private property or drive way. Such targeted and out of the world judgments amount to judicial dictatorship, far way from justice. We all know in past, same judiciary criticize opponent judiciary who ordered to open model town road, passing next to Sharif house. None the less, I hope our politicians will respect the judicial remarks and every one will be allowed to pass through the roads leading to the holy politician’s houses.

For example in Model Town lahore they have four major entrance/exit point at all four cornor that you can see in there map. Along with these they have atlest two small entrance/exit points in each block so total approx 20 small entrance/exit approx. All four major entrance/exit point open 24% and all small entrance/exit point close only from 10pm to 5am approx. On the other side the DHA area is very large and harly less then 10 entrance/exit and old socities/ villages road and entrance points closed long time ago

I agree that DHA shall put up signs like 'no tress passing' or 'private estate' etc. In current security situation, if govt. cannot provide security than allow people to arrange it via local community. Just another attempt to hurt the army personals. It is nothing but political decision by politically motivated judge. If judiciary is fair than they shall order to open the roads leading to Raiwind palace because those are build by govt., it stop endorsing an expired infamous ordinance NRO, it shall apprehend tax evaders, it shall ask interior minister about target killing talented army officers and their children. This is a non issue benefiting some rich owner of a private housing society.

Askaris and DHAs and EMEs and Falcons (Fazaia's), AWT's are all Property Commercial Ventures of ur "Talented" Army Officers which is definitely unique only to Pakistani Fauj... doesn't exist anywhere in the world. So if Pak Army is in the Property Business, then be prepared to be dealt like a Property dealer. Whats the harm?... If you can't stand heat, then stay out of the Kitchen This dilemma i never understand; Army and its advocates want Army to be seen with "Emotional Glory" by Pursuing "Commerical Ventures". How? Do you think public is fool?
