I visited area last month.

E-16:
Location of E-16 is much better than B-17.
CDECHS management is giving dates for possession from last 2 years but failed. Good development standard & town planning.Development work is near completion.

B-17:
Construction is allowed in B block where construction of houses is going on. Good development standard & town planning.
In A block development work is near completion.

If U can wait E-16 is better option.

In Pakistan people prefer place near main road. E-16 &
B-17 (A&B Blocks) are good places for living.E-17 will take more time for living being away from main road.

Price approx 1.25 lekh marla in E-16 and B Block B-17.
Readers are requested to please comment on price.

My Vote for E-16. the best place in zone 2 near dam

E-16 is the best sector in zone-2. I have recently visited this sector, development work is excellent, very near to GT road especially E-16/3 sub sector, management of CDECHS has promised to give possession to 400 plot holders and all these plots are in the E-16/3 sector. I think possession date is expected any time.Price of one kanal plot is 18-22 lacs and two kanal plot 40-50 lacs in E-16/3 including development charges.

you have very good eye on islamabad property ..

now guide that prices of b-17 and e -16 are nearly same ..
in standerd wise (gas,elecetricty,sewerage,roads,shops) which one you say will be better and in how much time these will develop..

also i want one consultation from u that i have one plot in sohan ..
on faizaabad highway..near the grave yard...
what will be aprox price of that ..it is 10 merla..i want to sell that

Visitor: Development standard of E-16 and B-17 is almost same but location of E-16 is better.If work on proposed margala avenue is started then prices of B-17 will increase. Within 3 years these schemes will populated hopefully . I will recomend u to sale plot of Sohan and invest in any planned society of Zone-II or Zone-5. Price of Sohan plot may be arround 300000 depending on location street width availability of Gas etc.
