Dear friends,I paid my all dues in time and plus I paid reasonable amount in surcharges.evary year bahria allots a few number of villa and than become silent.not only this they contiue to change place where they will be built.i went to bahria office and i was treated like i am some cheep guy or i am begger.they told me these are cheep villa and you are almost getting free because even the land price is equal to payment.thery are keeping over money from five year.i would have doble my money in nss.i am very dishearted by malik riaz and associate behvier. can any body help me they are not even thinking about me.please i need help.

Dear honest and fair.
I have posted suggestions many time to all friends of this forum before 3 years that donot thing to buy the land or house from Housing societies for investment perposes. It is same that some one buy a Goat from "butcher for" sale to get profit.
We are not pursuing Wright way to invest our money by organizing joint venture or group and do property business. Otherwise showing greediness for any gain from property investment is a dream |

Every second person reading in is effected from such group like Bahria, Pace, Eden etc.
Can you believe after investing 3 million I was bagging like a bagger to remove surcharges of 12K only for my shop in PACE but they did not listened. Same thing happend in Eden when I found a buyer after my long long prays they showed him all hidden charges and he was almost afraid and made mind to run away. At last I paid all the charges in cash and surrfered the total loss. |

Why you guys get worry. Bahria Town has opened "Dastarkhawan" at many places for community services. That needs funds. So you should be happy that your money is being used in good work. Besides that if they arrange car race, bribe to politicians, build empire for them, it is normal. So just chill for a very long time and one day you will get what you were promised. |
