Assalam O Alaikum, everyone!
I am a Federal Govt. employee and wish to apply for a piece of land in any sector of FEGHS (Federal Government Employees Housing Scheme). I tried to find info on their web, but did nt find any. I need your kind guidance in this regard.
1. Should I apply ?
ii. if yes, then for flat or for plot?
iii. what is the current status of previous applying candidates?
iv. What is price range of 10M/1 Kanal plot in either sector (that u know).

Abdullah bhi If you already apply then check your application status along with your serial number.

H.Abdullah:U should apply if eligible. First of all download registration form from www.fgehf.gov.pk fill and deposit registration fee according to your pay scale entitlement in Askari Bank designated branches. Fee is refundable any time after deduction of 2 % service charges.

The classification of grades and money slabs attached to them is nothing except to grab the money from the government employees. it is novel idea minting of money from the government servants, when ever the PPP comes it floats such ideas. it is like Malik riaz who garbed the money in the name of registration from overseas as 100 dollars for issuing a registration cards. What else if a person is government servant does he need any registration, or are the governmetn servants registerd in the past when they were alloted plots according to their seniority. But the fault totally does not lay on the government it is also governmetn servants who deposited the money themselves with sheer lalach. |
