Dear Wajahat Sahib,
Ur plot is really well placed in a very well located scheme and good in all respects. It must be above 35 lacs.
It is not the time to sell but to invest more if u can as the society has announced AGM on 26 Dec and prices are expected to increase in coming months. It is one of the very few housing schemes in Pakistan where prices are increasing.
